TELL US A LITTLE ABOUT YOU...

I am a student with many interests. I am like science and research, philosophy – including ethics and epistemology, programming, history, and human health and longevity I am drawn to many worthy causes, including reducing global catastrophic risks, gene therapy and genetic engineering to improve the human condition, international peace and coordination, animal welfare, and governing AI well. I have done a little bit of many things, and I am searching for a place that needs me and my strengths.

WHAT CONSIDERATIONS GUIDE YOU IN DECIDING HOW YOU WOULD LIKE TO SPEND YOUR CAREER? HOW DO YOU PRIORITIZE OR WEIGH THESE?

My considerations include meaningfulness, community, and work-life balance. My greatest priority is finding a role that feels sustainable and motivating. All of these features are interconnected, because if I believe that I am doing important, impactful work, if my strengths are an asset, if the community of surrounding people is welcoming and compatible with me, or if I have a stable income and good working hours, then it would boost my satisfaction with my career and life in general.

WHEN YOU THINK ABOUT IDEAL ROLES FOR YOU, WHAT ARE SOME

KEY CHARACTERISTICS?

In an ideal role, there is intellectual stimulation in the form of contemplating analytical, logical, or ethical considerations as well as learning new information. I believe I am a strong communicator and enjoy managing people, so working with a team would be attractive. I enjoy having autonomy and supportive management. My career should do good for the world, possibly for the long-term future. It could be nice to work from home but not necessary.

IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE YOU WOULD LIKE RECRUITERS LOOKING AT YOUR PROFILE TO KNOW?
