WHAT CONSIDERATIONS GUIDE YOU IN DECIDING HOW YOU WOULD LIKE TO SPEND YOUR CAREER? HOW DO YOU PRIORITIZE OR WEIGH THESE?
The three most important things for me at this stage of my career are 1. learning opportunities 2. impact of the work 3. international working environment in this order.
WHEN YOU THINK ABOUT IDEAL ROLES FOR YOU, WHAT ARE SOME
KEY CHARACTERISTICS?
Some key charachteristics I look for are: mentorship from managers and colleagues, varied tasks, opportunities for self-development, contributing to the development of long and short term strategic objectives, good communication within the team and the wider company. Potential speaking engagements, being able to travel for work and leadership opportunities would be a plus.
IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE YOU WOULD LIKE RECRUITERS LOOKING AT YOUR PROFILE TO KNOW?
