TELL US A LITTLE ABOUT YOU...
I'm German and currently pursuing an educational degree in teaching biology and chemistry. After completing my exams, I aim to transition into an operations role to make a positive impact. I'm actively engaged in the EA community and am enthusiastic about connecting, learning, and exploring opportunities aligned with EA principles.
Outside of my academic and EA commitments, I have a passion for cooking and enjoy various types of sports.
WHAT CONSIDERATIONS GUIDE YOU IN DECIDING HOW YOU WOULD LIKE TO SPEND YOUR CAREER? HOW DO YOU PRIORITIZE OR WEIGH THESE?
The engagement and participation in the EA career planning shifted my focus from becoming a biology and chemistry teacher to building a career in operations.
To prioritize my focus area
1. I primarily relied on the list of "most pressing problems" published by 80,000 Hours
2. I worked to align my skills and personal strengths with each area to determine my fit.
My immediate goal is to acquire valuable work experience to make a meaningful impact.
